Dry clean or professional care only. Steaming your dress from the inside out is the safest way to get wrinkles out. Ironing is not recommended. To keep your gown in good condition use the hanger loops when putting your dress on the hanger to prevent stretching the straps. Store in a garment bag or next to soft fabrics to prevent pulls in the material.

Here at Adorne we do our best to make sure each gown is packaged properly and arrives to you safely. Any gowns with beading or sparkles are very delicate and a few beads may fall off in the shipping process this is normal and no reason to panic. This is not something we have any control over and unless we are dealing with major damages we can not replace your gown. If you do lose a few beads a local seamstress will be able to sew them back on for you, sorry for any inconvenience!

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery in original packaging with tags on and security ribbon uncut. All items must be returned in original condition and unworn. If an item is worn, stained or damaged upon return, it will be rejected.

Once the item is shipped back please allow up to 14 days for processing returns. Tracking information must be provided when mailing back returns. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, initial shipping cost will not be refunded, unless there is an error on our end.

In the case of damage prior to arrival please reach out to customer support with pictures of the damages, if deemed damaged by our quality control team a new piece will be shipped to you free of charge upon return of the damaged piece.

Exchanged items become final sale after the first exchange.

Refunds will only be offered as store credit.
